Night of the Event Details

- Dining etiquette instruction from Emily Post Institute trained etiquette expert

- One drink ticket per attendee over 21 (ID required)
- Complimentary valet parking (no need to tip, we've got you covered)
- Three Course Meal (shown below)

Course One - The Same for All

Salade Maison
Seasonal Mixed Greens topped with Grape Tomatoes, Parmesan Cheese
& served with a Pear Vinaigrette

Course Two - Select One
Entrees Served with Vegetables, Starch, Bread & Butter

A. Chicken “Cordon Bleu”
Chicken Breast stuffed with Poultry Ham & Swiss Cheese.
Served with a Lemon Butter Sauce

B. Trout Almandine
Fresh Trout Filets sautéed and topped with a Lemon Butter Sauce and toasted Almonds

C. Boeuf Bourguignon
Braised Beef Short Rib served with Whipped Potatoes, Carrots, Pearl Onions and Mushrooms in a Burgundy Sauce

Course Three - Select One

D. Strawberries a la Romanoff
Fresh Strawberries, locally made Greenwood Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Port Wine Sauce flavored with our Raspberry Balsamic, topped with Whipped Cream

E. Chocolate Mousse

Coffee, Tea and Water for all attendees
